Update: | Compliance Alert - New deadline for sending data to the myDATA platform in case of interconnection failure |
Date: | 2022-08-26 |
The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR) has announced in its latest Decision A.1090/2022 amendments for re-submitting the required data to myDATA platform in case of interconnection failure, including a special deadline.
If a connection loss happens, the liable entity will have to document the outage and transmit the data with the indication “Loss of Connection”.
Sending the data must be done as soon as the connectivity issue has been resolved or latest within two days from the transmission deadline for each transaction.
At the same time, the liable entity must take all possible actions to avoid further interconnection problems.
As a solution, taxpayers are given an option to send the required data either from the transmission channel of the previous unachieved transmission, via ERP, or the special data entry form if the connectivity issues persist (the latter option is only available for the companies issuing less than 50 invoices).
